Can I cancel my order after I already paid?

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@dogohollic.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
